The Role

We’re looking for a skilled freelance marketer to help us grow our brand presence, generate leads, and share our story across digital channels. This part-time role will focus on social media management and blog updates. You’ll help us connect with our audience in a way that reflects our commitment to luxury, innovation, and quality in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Write or repurpose short-form copy and captions aligned with our brand voice
  • Source and organize high-quality images for posts (brand-provided or stock)
  • Upload and format blog posts in WordPress, including basic SEO best practices
  • Manage and organize a content calendar
  • Collaborate with our internal team for timely content and campaign ideas
  • Monitor engagement and suggest opportunities to improve reach and visibility
  • Create and schedule eblasts to our audience about latest news, trends, conferences, etc.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for posting and formatting blog content
  • Familiarity with content scheduling platforms like Buffer
  • Understanding of brand tone and storytelling through visuals and words
  • Interest or background in hospitality, design, real estate development, or luxury markets a plus
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively 

Time Commitment

Approximately 5–10 hours/week with flexibility depending on the content cycle.

Compensation

$30–$50+/hour, depending on experience and skill set.
