To get to know Andrew Cohan is like peering into a library full of travels, experience, and reference guides. A true hospitality professional with experience in real estate, marketing, and account management, he is as comfortable in the Caribbean and Costa Rica as he is in Colorado and the Carolinas.
Andrew brings with him a plethora of knowledge and experiences in real estate, marketing and account management. In recent years, recognizing the tides of change in our industry, Andrew fortified his seat at the table. He is a supporter of the Global Wellness Institute, an Ally of the Transformational Travel Council, a member of Regenerative Travel, and completed just a small side hustle last year, studying Circular Economics at Cambridge University.
Andrew has consulted for hospitality projects owned by family-run developers as well as by institutional investors in resort areas ranging from the USA to the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico. After 20 years in marketing and sales with AT&T, Andrew earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality and made a leap into the sector of hotel and resort appraising and consulting.
The marketing experience of his first career equipped Andrew with skills not often found in the valuation field, and he found a niche in projects that require a tight fit of brand, site, destination, and programming.
