Latin America & Caribbean Affiliate

Through an affiliate partnership with LaCosta Advisors, Majestic Hospitality Group has a dedicated presence in Latin America and the Caribbean. The firm is led by founder Lisette Acosta Álvarez, who also serves as Majestic’s Director of Latin America & the Caribbean. LaCosta works with investors, owners, and developers to identify opportunities, define strategy, and move hotel and real estate projects forward, pairing international perspective with on-the-ground knowledge of the region. Lisette has guided dozens of hotel projects through feasibility, permitting, and risk, and is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).
