London Spires in Hemet, California is a beta test for the creative reimagining of mobile home parks into micro-home communities for a new generation of buyers. This new offering shakes off the stigma of trailer parks for first-time homebuyers who are priced out of metro areas and seeking an alternative that suits their lifestyle. Our team focused on conceptual design, landscape architecture, branding, marketing, and project management for Tower Communities, a nationwide owner of mobile home parks. This project is currently under construction.
