We answered the call of residents to rethink 100 shuttered ghost hospitals located across secondary and tertiary markets in California, converting them into fully integrated, multilevel care retirement communities. The client, Senior Wellness Group, which is partially owned by Majestic Hospitality, enlisted us for conceptual design and a feasibility study, along with business planning, entitlements, and public relations. The business plan, conceptual design, and program were sold to a Healthcare REIT in 2015.
