Amidi Group, a San Francisco based multinational conglomerate reached out about a 1970s office building that was converted into housing in the early 2000s. After completing a market assessment and feasibility study, we moved on to conceptual design and planning. TenTen Wilshire has been relaunched a short-term rental and extended-stay hotel product layered into an existing residential community in metro downtown Los Angeles.
