Our team led the development of Tru By Hilton in Inglewood, California, a branded, limited-service hotel nestled between Los Angeles International Airport and the new SoFi Stadium. The project included a feasibility study, contract negotiation, and capital procurement for Kruger Development Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate company. We achieved optimal leverage through a mix of traditional and alternative financing. The project is currently under construction with an anticipated opening of Q1 2022.
