When we arrived in Los Cabos, the Cabo Wave Hotel was half built, but a lack of hotel experience was hindering completion. We worked with prominent Cabo architect Alejandro Uribe and the boutique firm Amy Noel Designs to redesign, program, and complete construction of the partially built boutique hotel, including technical services, project management, and design review. The re-envisioned hotel is now under construction and slated to open Q1 2025.
