The team at Fusaki Beach Resort reached out to us to help them renovate, enhance, and reposition their existing boutique property into an international destination resort. Situated on the unspoiled island of Ishigaki-Jima, we provided thorough site analysis, marketing assessment, concept planning, amenity programming, financial analysis, and design review. The process was a collaboration between Fortress Investments, a multinational investment fund, and MyStays Hotels, a prominent Japanese hotel management company. Fusaki Beach Resort reopened in November 2019, earning many positive reviews since operating at its full potential.
